- Like-for-Like Specification: The competing quote must be for a driveway of identical specifications, including materials, size, design, 20 year guarantee and any additional features.
- Written Quote Required: Customers must provide a written quote from a recognised competitor, which must be current and include a detailed breakdown of the specifications.
2. Competitor Requirements
- Location: The competitor must operate within the same geographical area as Majestic Driveways.
- Reputable Business: The competitor must be a legitimate and established business, offering similar services and warranties.
3. Exclusions
Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:
- Promotional or Discounted Offers – Including special promotions, limited-time sales, clearance offers, or bulk discounts.
- Non-Standard Services – Any services that are bespoke, experimental, or not commonly used in standard resin driveway installations.
4. Verification Process
- Quote Assessment: Majestic Driveways reserves the right to verify the competitor’s quote and specifications. This may include directly contacting the competitor.
- Final Decision: Once verified, we will notify the customer of our decision to match or beat the quote.
5. Policy Changes & Termination
- Right to Amend: Majestic Driveways reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
- Honouring Existing Quotes: Any quotes submitted prior to any changes will be honoured under the terms that were in effect at the time of submission.
6. Additional Conditions
- One Price Match Per Customer: The Price Match Guarantee is limited to one matched quote per customer.
- Non-Transferable Offer: This guarantee cannot be transferred and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
